Mandate:

• Supervise the accounts of the Association.
• Ensure regular and proper review of required financial reports prepared by RGD Ontario staff by the Board of Directors.
• Review and approve annual RGD Ontario budget, as prepared by RGD Ontario staff, prior to its review and approval by the entire Board of Directors.
